Assignment Details
• Start Date: Mid-July 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing, 1-week blocks (flexible scheduling available)
• Schedule Type: Scheduled clinical hours + on-call responsibilities
• Shift Structure:
– Weekdays: Daytime OR/Clinic with after-hours call (APPs take first call)
– Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• Typical Hours:
– Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
– OR: 7:00/8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM

• Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants, 3 Advanced Practice Providers

Requirements
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Gynecologic Oncology
• License: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA: Required
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for clean files
