Job description

Gynecologic Oncology Locum Physician – York, PA (WellSpan York Hospital)

Start Date: Mid-July 2026 | Contract: July – January | Schedule: 1 week/month (3-week block: Sept 19–Oct 9)

Schedule Details:

Day OR/Office (M–F) — after-hours call only; APPs take first call

Clinic: 8:00am–4:30pm (30-min lunch)

OR: 7 or 8am – 4 or 5pm (8-hour days)

24-hour call on weekends

Flexible Friday evening–Friday morning 7-day blocks

Clinical Details:

Patients per day: 15–20 in office; OR as needed

Patient Population: Adults 18+

Team: 1 surgeon, 3 APPs, 2 MAs

EMR: EPIC

Academic hospital — residents on rotation

Requirements:

BC or BE in Gynecologic Oncology

Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand

DEA required

Credentialing: Temp privileges available with a clean file. 2-hour gratis included.
