Advanced Women’s Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health group serving communities across the Phoenix Valley. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our expanding team in Goodyear.

With two established clinics in Goodyear, this is a great opportunity to step into a growing patient base while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

This is a clinic-based position (Monday–Friday) focused on providing care to both OB and GYN patients. Providers will have the opportunity to work across our Goodyear clinic locations based on patient needs and scheduling.

You will work closely with physicians, midwives, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the women’s health continuum.

Key Responsibilities
Perform patient exams, screenings, and comprehensive health assessments
Diagnose and manage OB/GYN conditions and develop treatment plans
Provide prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care
Deliver family planning, preventive care, and patient education
Prescribe medications and therapies; order and interpret diagnostic testing
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For

Required:

Graduate of an accredited NP, PA, or CNM program
National certification (WHNP/FNP, NCCPA, or AMCB for CNMs)
Active or eligible Arizona licensure
DEA license (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
Current BLS certification

Preferred:

2+ year of experience in women’s health or OB/GYN
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
