POSITION DETAILS

Gynecology Surgery First Assist

Approximately 2–6 surgeries per day

Adult patient population

Robotic gynecological surgeries

Surgeon will be present during procedures

APP will not work autonomously

No call or weekend requirements

New graduates will not be considered

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

First Assist Certification with Robotic Surgery

Active New Jersey license — must already be licensed

AANP certification

BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN certifications through AHA

Experience with robotic gynecological surgery

NPDB Self-Query report pulled within 30 days — required at presentation

Cerner EMR experience preferred

CREDENTIALING

Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 2–3 months.

TRAVEL

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
