Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Nurse Practitioner with a background in Family Medicine, Dermatology, or Gynecology to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice medicine in a supportive, multi-specialty environment where collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence define every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality medical care across family medicine, dermatology, and women’s health.
Conduct detailed health assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on holistic wellness.
Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, lesion removals, or gynecological procedures within scope.
Coordinate care with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and allied professionals.
Educate patients on health maintenance, skincare, women’s wellness, and chronic disease prevention.
Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in the EMR.
Contribute to AFFA’s patient-first culture built on integrity, compassion, and respect.
Qualifications

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License and national certification (FNP, WHNP, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
Experience or interest in concierge medicine and integrated care models.
Commitment to collaborative, family-centered healthcare delivery.
