Locums Hand Surgery NP/PA Needed in Sacramento, CA

Job description

Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts
Schedule: Ideally Thurs-Sun, night coverage but will look at any availability

Work Details:
• Department description: Emergency care for hand related injuries in the ER. Stabilization, fracture resets, revisions of amputations.
• Procedures: Wound and tissue debridement, Finger amputation revision, Hematoma block for distal radius fracture, Closed reduction of finger joint fracture, Closed reduction of distal radius fracture, Nailbed repair.
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting: Hospital - Designated trauma level 1 academic center

Requirements:
• License required: CA Licensed
Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP start. Temp privs are already approved.
