-Coverage Type: Call includes 2hrs of gratis per day, call back begins after those two hours.
• Dates of coverage need: July 30th, August 6th, 7th, 20th, 28th. September 2nd, 10th, 17th, 23rd. October 7th, 14th, 30th. November 5th, 6th, 17th, 26th. December 4th, 10th, 15th, 17th

-Work Details:
• Skills Required: Trained in Ortho or Plastics

-Requirements:
• License: Required – will accept IMLC
• Privileging timeframe: Emergency Privs available
