Facility in Boise, ID seeking Hand Surgery locums coverage Rates: $2700 with 4 hour gratis, $400/hr call-back after 4 hours Key Details: Position: Hand Surgeon (On-Call Coverage) Start Date: While August is unlikely due to credentialing, we encourage interested candidates to advise on their availability for all open dates. Call Coverage Dates Needed: July: 30th August: 6th, 7th, 20th, 28th September: 2nd, 10th, 17th, 23rd October: 7th, 14th, 30th November: 5th, 6th, 17th, 26th December: 4th, 10th, 15th, 17th Requirements: Board Certified Active Idaho License or Active IMLC Clean Background/No Malpractice Expedited Credentialing Process: To expedite credentialing upon acceptance, please have the following documents readily available: MD diploma Internship/Residency/Fellowship certificates All medical licenses DEA Board Certification Life support cards (BLS) Current and previous certificates of insurance Driver’s license Professional color photo/headshot CMEs for the past 2 years Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID) References Case logs
