Plastic Surgeon- Specialized in hands needed in Richmond, VA! Licensing opportunity!

Job description

Contract Length: 8-12 months
Shift Details: microsurgical and/or hand OR
Schedule: would 1 – 2 weeks per month - 1-2 days scheduled in the OR; call is 24h, come in as needed
Call Schedule: 2-3 calls per week
Work Details:
• Support staff: OR team
• Patients per day: 1-3
• Patient population/age: adult plastic surgery microsurgical / adult + peds plastic surgery hand
• Department description (trauma level, etc.): Level 1 trauma
• EMR: Epic
• Special procedures: NA
• Skills required: Plastic Surgery, microsurgical and hand training
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: Fellowship in hand surgery or microsurgery, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• On call optional
