Locum Hand Surgery Call Coverage in Spokane, WA | 24-Hour Call | Level II Trauma | Epic

Job description

Start: January 1, 2027 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks (ongoing/open to extension)
Coverage: Call only - no clinic or scheduled OR block
Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 7:00-7:00
Call: 24-hour call, day and night coverage
Volume: Patients per shift TBD; varies with trauma and consult volume
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Level II trauma center
Openings: 2 providers requested

Hand surgery call coverage for inpatient consults and trauma
Operative management of hand and upper extremity injuries as indicated
Coordination with the trauma and orthopedic teams during call periods
Timely documentation in Epic

Requirements
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
Washington state license or IMLC required
DEA required
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days

Day and night call coverage
