Job description

Infusion Center NP or PA opportunity available in San Francisco, CA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8/weekly, rotating holidays/weekends
Additional Details:
• Required to be on call 1 Saturday/mo - if provider is not called in within 2 hours then they'll be released from call for the day.
• Patients per day: 10-12
• Patient population/age: Adults
• Open to candidates requiring CA Licensure!

Licensure: Active CA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
