Hematology/Oncology NP Needed in Providence, Rhode Island (will license)

Job description

Providence, RI | Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner | October Start | 26-Week Assignment

Start: October

Contract Length: 26 weeks

Temporary privileges available for an earlier start

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Full-time

Practice Details:

Mix of outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology care

Daily inpatient rounding (approximately 1–2 hours, depending on consult volume)

Outpatient volume: 18–22 patients per day

Hematology/Oncology physician onsite for collaboration

Bone marrow biopsies performed as needed

EMR: 80% paper charting, 20% Meditech

Requirements:

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Rhode Island license (licensing candidates accepted)

DEA and CSR required

Credentialing:

Rhode Island NP license: Approximately 4–8 weeks

Temporary privileges available

Travel:

Airfare, lodging, rental car, and travel expenses fully covered
