Locums Hematology/Oncology Physician in KY - Long term assignment & Will license

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled physician to provide locum services in Prestonsburg, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a hematology/oncology physician looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed 3-5 days/week and ongoing for 12 months is preferred.

Job Details:

Case Types: Oncology and Hematology (60/40 Hem/Onc split), low volume (~15 patients/day).

Setting: Clinic/Private Practice (outpatient setting) within an Acute Care Hospital (Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center).

Schedule: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No call required. The client is flexible on the 3-5 days/week schedule.

Support: APP support and collaboration with 3 other physicians at the Hazard location. Solo provider at this site.

EMR System: Meditech

Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.

State License: Willingness to obtain a Kentucky State License (Aya is willing to license).
