Locums - Oncology/Hematology - Outpatient Clinic - Eureka, CA

Contract Length: 6 mo, ongoing

Shift Details: Scheduled Clinical Hours
Schedule: Full time M-TH 8a-5p (lunch from 12p-1p) and Friday will be half day 8a-1p
Call requirements: No Call

Work Details:
• Support staff: 3 RNs. 4 MAs, 2 NP/PAs
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 10-12/day
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Outpatient clinic attached to the main hospital and chemotherapy center. Privileges will be needed due to the clinic being attached to the main hospital.
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: Bone Marrow Biopsies preferred

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
• License required: Yes – CA Only
• DEA: CA
• Certifications required: BLS
