Hematology/Oncology NP or PA Needed in Coastal Southern CA – No Chemo!

Job description

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hematology/oncology experience to support 2outpatient clinics along the California coast. This full-time role involves 4 clinic days split between Vista and Encinitas, plus 1 admin day weekly. The provider will manage pre- and post-treatment visits, follow-ups, and may help support infusion teams administratively. No chemotherapy administration required.

Location: Vista & Encinitas, CA
Start Date: 12/22/2025
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 4 clinic days + 1 admin day
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic – Coastal Southern California
Patients per Day: 8–12
Support Staff: 2 MDs, RN, MA, rotating oncology colleagues, limited infusion APP overlap
EMR: Epic
Licensure: Active CA license required
Experience Required: Epic charting; Hem/Onc clinic experience preferred

We pay weekly, cover malpractice insurance, and handle credentialing in-house!

• 6-month contract starting December 2025
• Monday–Friday schedule with 1 admin day
• No chemo – supportive clinic-based follow-up care
