Hematology/Oncology APP needed in Eureka, CA:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks; Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call Requirements: None
• Patients per day: 12-14
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements:
• State License: Active CA license required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 60 days
