Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: January 2027
• Schedule: Four days per week, 8a–4p (Mon–Fri), plus two inpatient night calls; call begins at 5p and ends at 7:30a
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology inpatient service with average daily volumes of 25+ patients; oncology and hematology experience preferred, acute care or hospitalist experience also considered
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Indiana (active license required)
• Certifications: Indiana DEA and Indiana CSR required
• Must be able to perform special procedures
