Assignment Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
• Contract Length: Ongoing/full-time with part-time flexibility (2–3 shifts per week, Mon–Fri)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based outpatient oncology with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies; outpatient-focused oncology care with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Patient Volume: 11–16 patients per day
• Support Staff: Hematologist/Oncologists, infusion team, nurse navigators, and multidisciplinary support services
• EMR: Epic
• Special Procedures: Outpatient hematology/oncology services

Requirements:
• State License: Minnesota license required (IMLC accepted)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible as NP or PA
• Experience: Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
