Hematology/Oncology NP/PA Locum Opportunity – New Ulm, Minnesota

Opportunity Details

Location: Minnesota

Start Date:
• ASAP

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Part-time coverage needed (2–3 shifts per week)

Practice Details:
• Hematology/Oncology practice within a 686-bed health system
• Average patient volume: 11–16 patients per day
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive oncology treatments
• EPIC EMR
• Outpatient-focused setting with inpatient collaboration as needed

Support Team:
• Hematologist/Oncologists
• Oncology Nurse Navigator
• Oncology Clinic RNs and LPNs
• Infusion Nursing Team
• Oncology Research Nurse
• Dedicated Oncology Social Worker
• Dietitian
• Mental Health Support
• Financial Navigator
• Oncology Provider Coordinator
• Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship Services
• Palliative Care and Genetic Counseling Support

Onsite Resources:
• PET Scans (including PSMA PET)
• MRI and CT Imaging
• Full Laboratory Services
• Clinical Trial Access through MMCORC and NCI-supported research programs
• Dedicated Research Nurse

Requirements:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Minnesota License Required
• Board Certified NP or PA
• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred

Practice Environment:
• Community-based oncology practice connected to a larger integrated cancer network
• Strong emphasis on continuity of care and patient relationships
• Modern infusion center with dedicated treatment rooms and high-acuity oncology support
