Job description

• Location: Saint Louis, MO
• Start date: Targeting October
•Support staff: Attending physicians
•Coverage Type: Ongoing inpatient coverage; night shifts
• Schedule Details: Night Shift: 1800–0700 (2 FTE)
• Coverage varies monthly; schedule provided by facility

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Academic Hospital
• Practice Setting: Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Hematology & Cellular Therapy
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 8–12 patients
• Patient Age Group: Adult

Procedures:
• Bone marrow biopsies
• Stem cell infusions/transfusions
• Admission, daily rounding, discharge planning
• Patient and family education
• Management of transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
• Equipment: None specified

Requirements:
• Board Certification Required
• State License(s): MO license/ Willing to License
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Years of Experience Req: 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days for full privileges but timeline can vary as temporary privileges may be available/needed
