Hematology/Oncology APP Opportunity – Syracuse, NY
All-Inclusive Rate | W2 Status

Assignment Details:

* Location: Syracuse, NY
* Start Date: July/August
* Assignment Length: 21 weeks
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
* Outpatient Cancer Facility
* Adult patient population
* Average patient volume: 14 patients per day
* EMR: Epic
* Hospital size: 27 beds

Provider Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the attending physician to deliver comprehensive patient care within the Hematology/Oncology department
* Perform comprehensive health assessments
* Develop and manage patient care plans
* Accurately document subjective/objective findings, assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR
* Provide patient and family education
* Utilize prescriptive authority in collaboration with the attending physician
* Deliver high-quality patient care in the acute care setting with minimal supervision and orientation

Requirements:

* Board Certified
* Active New York license required
* DEA required
* ACLS and BLS certifications required
* Minimum of 2 years of experience required

Practice Setting:

* Outpatient Clinic
* Cancer Treatment Facility
