Hem/Onc APP needed in Upstate New York

Job description

Hi! We are looking for a PA or NP who has experience in Hem/Onc and an Active NY license. If you are interested in taking on this assignment, please let me know.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 5
HIGHLY prefers Full Time provider, but willing to be flexible if it's close to a full time schedule
Length of assignment: 6 month
Number of Chairs: 15
Patient Ratios: 18–20 patients per day
Charting: Epic - Ai is available for charting
Board Eligible or Board Certified? Either
Is flexible and adaptable, as the program is currently in a period of growth

Treatment, Procedures/Cases: chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy.
Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic (some inpatient consults but not often)
Patients per day: 18 - 20 inpatient during normal operating time as needed (Not Often)

• Staff on unit:
o Provider: 1 MD
o NP: 1
o LPN:
o CNA/CMA: 3

• 6 months with the option to extend
• Patient Ratios: 18–20 patients per day
• Treatment, Procedures/Cases: chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy.
