Hem/Onc APP Needed in Potsdam, NY

Job description

**Potsdam, NY | Hematology/Oncology Physician | September Start | 26-Week Assignment**

* Start: September
* Contract Length: 26 weeks (6 months)
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Full-time preferred (near full-time schedules will be considered)
* 1-hour lunch
* Overtime available after 40 hours/week

Practice Details:

* Outpatient Oncology Clinic with occasional inpatient consults
* 15 infusion chairs
* Average of 18–20 patients per day
* Treatments include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
* EMR: Epic (AI-assisted charting available)
* Collaborative team including 1 Hematology/Oncology Physician, 1 NP, and 3 CMAs

Requirements:

* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Active New York license required
* Epic experience required
* Flexible, adaptable provider comfortable working in a growing program

Submission Requirements:

* Agency-branded CV
* Current work history with no employment gaps greater than 30 days
* Physician statement required for any malpractice history (including dismissed cases)
