Facility:
This facility is a well-established community hospital offering comprehensive oncology services within a newly renovated clinic environment. The care team is comprised of highly skilled infusion nurses, an oncology nurse navigator, medical assistants, an oncology dietitian, a social worker, and schedulers, along with support from a specialized Oncology Palliative Care team and access to a broader network of leading cancer care experts across Oregon.

Board Certified - Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner)
Job Details:
- Outpatient clinic-only position with no rounding required
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with potential for Monday through Wednesday 10-hour shifts
- Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
- Work alongside an oncologist, with some days working independently
- Manage hematology oncology patients within the infusion suite
- Manage in-basket communications and respond to patients regarding lab results
- Collaborate with the oncology nurse navigator to triage patient calls
- Active Oregon medical license required
- Board certification required
- AONCP certification is required
- BLS certification required
- Active DEA required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days
- Start Date: December 1, 2026 - Ongoing
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
