Hem/Onc APP Needed in Seaside, OR

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (Ongoing Potential)
Start Date: December 2026

Schedule

* Monday–Thursday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Outpatient only
* No call

### Practice Details

* Outpatient clinic located onsite at the hospital
* Average of 10 patients per day
* EMR: Epic
* Trauma Level: 0
* Work alongside an Oncologist, with some independent clinic days
* Manage hematology and oncology patients
* Provide care for patients in the infusion suite
* Review and respond to patient lab results through the EMR in-basket
* Partner with the Oncology Nurse Navigator to triage patient calls
* No inpatient rounding

### Team & Support

Work in a newly renovated cancer clinic alongside an outstanding multidisciplinary team, including:

* Medical Oncologist
* Highly skilled Infusion Nurses
* Oncology Nurse Navigator
* Medical Assistants
* Oncology Dietitian
* Social Worker
* Schedulers
* Dedicated Oncology Palliative Care Team

As part of the Providence Cancer Institute of Oregon, you'll collaborate with nationally recognized oncology specialists while providing exceptional care in a community-based setting. This partnership gives providers and patients access to advanced expertise, innovative resources, and comprehensive cancer care that consistently exceeds national quality benchmarks.

### Requirements

* Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Active Oregon NP or PA License (required at time of presentation)
* DEA Required
* BLS Certification
* AONCP Certification Required

### Credentialing

* Approximately 90 days
