Hematology/Oncology PA Needed in Rhode Island

Job description

Start Date: November 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage
• Approximately 18–22 outpatient patients/day
• Daily inpatient rounding approximately 1–2 hours depending on consult volume
• Hematologist/Oncologist onsite in clinic
• Biopsies performed as needed
• 2 years of recent Hem/Onc experience preferred; new grads with a Hem/Onc rotation considered
• Documentation is approximately 80% paper and 20% Meditech

Rhode Island License Preferred (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: RI PA licensing approximately 4–8 weeks; temporary privileges available for an earlier start
