NP - Hematology/Oncology - Locum Tenens - Seattle, WA

Job description

A large health system in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Hematology/Oncology locum tenens opportunity covering medical leave.

Position Details:
- Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Hematology/Oncology
- Coverage Type: Outpatient
- Schedule Type: Clinic only
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
- Call Type: N/A (no call)
- Dates of Need: ASAP through 12/31/2026
- Minimum Shifts Required: 4 weeks
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Patients per Shift: approximately 16
- Department: 16-bed unit, stroke-certified facility
- Support staff: 10 RNs, 5 MAs
- Description: Looking for one full-time NP to assist with inpatient Heme/Onc services starting as soon as possible

Requirements:
- Active WA license or IMLC
- DEA required
- Board certification required (Minimum: Certified)
- BLS required
- Current CV required at time of bid
- Heme/Onc experience required
- Cellular Therapy experience a plus
- Hospital privileges required

Travel:
- Long-term housing budget for region: $4,000/month (preapproval required)
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
