Assignment Details:
• Start Date: October 2026
• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p; No weekends
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 12-15; Adults only
• EMR: Cerner
• Job Details: Outpatient Oncology

Requirements:
• State License: Active WV license required
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60 days
