✅ Qualifications
✔️ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
✔️ Active NY State RN License (Required)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of Hematology/Oncology nursing experience
✔️ Proficiency in chemotherapy administration, central line care, and oncology protocols
✔️ Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide specialized nursing care to hematology/oncology patients
✔️ Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments safely
✔️ Assess, monitor, and document patient responses
✔️ Manage central lines, ports, and vascular access devices
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effect management
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
✔️ Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to safety protocols
