Clinical operations are designed to support quality hematologic and oncologic care throughout the covered assignment period.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology coverage at an outpatient cancer center in Arizona, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, managing approximately 12 patients per day with 30-minute appointments for both consults and follow-ups. The clinical scope is weighted toward benign hematology, with a smaller portion of oncology patients being monitored for recurrence, and 0-2 new consults are expected per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required.
