Start: July

13 week assignment with the option to extend

JOB SPECIFIC DETAILS:
• Support staff:?Team includes MA, LVN, etc.
• Coverage Type: Full time.
• Schedule Details: 5x8, Days (0800-1700).

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Clinic attached to Saddleback Medical Center (It’s actually an office in the medical office building on the hospital campus:
• Practice Setting: Outpatient.
• EMR/Charting Software: EPIC.
• Vaccines Mandatory?: NA.
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-18 patients per day.
• Patient Age Group: 18+ (Young Adults-Geriatrics).
• Procedures: None.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Yes.
• State License(s): Must have an unrestricted CA license; No disciplinary actions of any kind.
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS.
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2+ years.
• Background: CLEAN, cannot have any hits or malpractice suits.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30+ Days
Willing To License: No
