Position Overview

o Inpatient APP support
o Supported by Operations Director, APP Team Lead, and inpatient RNs

Schedule and Coverage
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus night call
• Weekly Schedule:
o 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday rotation)
• Night Call:
o 2 night calls per week for inpatient service
o Call hours: 5:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Patient Volume:
o Average 25 inpatients per day, shared between MD and APP
o Volume may exceed average

Provider Requirements
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required to be presented
• Experience:
o Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
o If no onc/heme background, hospitalist or acute care experience preferred
• DEA / CSR:
o Active Indiana DEA required (or easily transferable)
o Active CSR required (current status must be disclosed)
