Schedule:Mon-Fri 8a-4p

Assignment Details:
Outpatient Hem/Onc clinic
~14 patients/day
Adult population
Cancer facility (27 beds)
Collaborate with attending physician
Patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and patient education
Prescriptive authority in collaboration with physician
Independent clinical work with minimal supervision
EMR: Epic
Requirements: 2+ years experience
