PA Hematology/Oncology – Locum Tenens – Potsdam, NY

Job description

A growing outpatient hematology/oncology practice in the Potsdam, NY area is seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant for a 6-month assignment.

Schedule & Setting:
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (full-time strongly preferred; some flexibility available)
- Outpatient clinic with a 15-chair infusion suite
- 18-20 patients per day
- Occasional inpatient consults (infrequent)
- Epic EMR (AI charting tools available)

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy management
- The program is in a period of growth; flexibility and adaptability are valued

Requirements:
- Active New York license in hand
- Board eligible or board certified (either accepted)
- Epic experience required
- Up-to-date work history with no gaps over 30 days

Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week. The position is set in a scenic North Country location in upstate New York with a strong community feel and easy access to outdoor recreation.
