About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology coverage at an outpatient cancer center in North Carolina, delivering day shift services with no call obligations required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions for an adult patient population, with 12-15 patient encounters per day and 0-2 new consults expected daily. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
