5 clinic days per month (in-person, 8-hour shifts)

Weekly 1-hour telehealth conference (Thursdays)

Additional ad hoc telehealth clinic as needed

Intermittent availability to respond to staff messages
Call Required: No

Clinical Details

Setting: Outpatient (Clinic privileges; no inpatient responsibilities)

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

Patient Volume: 12–16 patients per day

Practice Scope: ~80% Oncology / 20% Hematology

Procedures: None required (bone marrow biopsy experience preferred)

Support/Structure: Solo provider role with infusion services and oncology/hematology support infrastructure

Requirements

Recent Hematology/Oncology clinical experience within the past 24 months

Must provide case logs demonstrating scope and complexity of Hem/Onc services

Experience in both Hematology and Oncology preferred
