Locums Hem/Onc need in AK- No Call- 2 weeks on

Job description

Position Summary
• Shift: 4x10s or 5x10s (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Schedule: Preferred 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
• Call Requirement: None
• Setting: Outpatient with some inpatient rounding

Facility
• Patient Volume: 12–13 patients/day
○ 1-hour new consults
○ 30-minute follow-ups
• EMR: Cerner (transitioning to Epic); paper charting for infusions
• Support Staff: 3 FTE physicians, 1 FTE NP, 1 per diem NP

Clinical Responsibilities
• Outpatient Hem/Onc care with low patient volume
• Occasional inpatient rounding (hospital within walking distance)
• Infusion management (paper orders)
• Participation in shared daytime consult coverage (“Doc of the Day”)
