Start Date: March

Schedule: 5/4 x 8hrs

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Patient Load: ~18 per day

Practice Details:

Mix of hematology (≈20%) and oncology cases

Small infusion service

EMR: Epic

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call)
