Locums – Physician – Hematology/Oncology, Northern California Coast Region

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule:

Full-time need: 5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month

Call: 1 week out of every 3

Call Structure:

Weekdays: Regular clinic hours, then night call (phone only)

Weekends: 24-hour phone call

No onsite call-back required at any time

Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Work Details:

Support Staff: Yes

Patients per Shift: 12–15

EMR: Epic

Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

State License: Active California license only

Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent hospital clinical activity in specialty

Certifications: BLS

Additional Notes: Clean files strongly preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
