Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Practice Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Schedule (Full-Time Preferred):
5 shifts/week, 4 weeks/month (full-time priority)
Will consider 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Call: approx. 1 week out of every 3
Weekdays: Clinic hours during the day + night call in the evening
Weekends: 24-hour call
Patients scheduled 9:00a–12:00p and 1:00p–4:30p (includes 1-hour lunch)

Important Call Note:
After-hours/weekend call is phone-only
No onsite call back 

Work Details:
Patients per shift: 12–15

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License: CA preferred (will consider candidates needing CA license)
Minimum experience: 2+ years current hospital clinical activity in Hem/Onc
Certifications: BLS

Credentialing:
90 days (clean file strongly preferred)
Potential to start sooner if file is complete and processed quickly
