EMERGENCY HIRE

Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematology-Oncology Physician

VA Central California Health Care System — Fresno, CA

THE OPPORTUNITY

Full-time, temporary physician staffing role — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

No on-call, no call-back, no weekend requirements

Base period + option year, 1,992 hours annually (standard 1.0 FTE)

Outpatient clinic setting with inpatient consult support

90% direct patient care; minimal administrative burden

COMPENSATION

Highly competitive hourly rate — commensurate with experience

Paid weekly/biweekly as a W-2 contracted physician

No overhead, no billing, no practice management — just clinical care

QUALIFICATIONS

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (ABIM)

Current BLS and ACLS certification

Full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.

Recently completed fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
