Job description

Hematology/Oncology Physician needed in Fremont, CA:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Call requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 12 patients per day
• Patient Demographic: Adults only
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Solid tumors only; iron infusions, and non oncology infusions

Requirements:
• State License: Active CA license required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 60 days
