Position Overview
We are actively seeking a Physician specializing in Medical Oncology and Hematology to join a well-established healthcare facility in Tallahassee, Florida. This is an urgent hiring need, and we are conducting a fast and efficient recruitment process to onboard the right candidate quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients with cancer and blood disorders
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to best clinical practices
Position Highlights
Full-time position – Solo provider
20% Hematology / 80% Oncology (anticipated)
Shared call schedule
Clinical research opportunities available
Ideally seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience
J-1, H-1B, and new graduates are welcome to apply
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (preferred, not required)
Must possess an unrestricted Florida Medical License or be eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $400,000 annually + profit-sharing opportunities
