Hem/Onc Locum Assignment in GA | 4.5 Day Workweek | Teaching Environment

Good afternoon,

This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums. I’m reaching out to share a new Hematology/Oncology locum opportunity in Georgia with one of the region’s largest cancer programs. See below for details:

📍 Assignment Overview
📅 Start Date: May 2026 (flexible)
📆 Coverage Needed: Full-Time (block coverage may be considered)
🏥 Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center (no inpatient admits)
🗓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📞 Call: 2 weekends per month

🩺 Clinical Details
• Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per provider per day
• Approximately 4 new oncology consults daily
• 1–2 hospital consults on average
• APPs assist with hematology consults and follow-ups
💻 EMR: Epic

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematology Oncology
• GA License or IMLC

💰 Compensation & Coverage
• Competitive pay rate
