Shift Details: M-F no call
Schedule: Full Time

Work Details:
· Support staff: TBD
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time
· Patients per day: 10-15 patients daily; 5-8 new patients daily, 3-5 follow ups per day
· Patient population/age: General Oncology and Blood Disease
· EMR: TBD
· Skills required: Support for Cancer Center, Chemo & Immunotherapy, therapeutic phlebotomy, hormone injections, Iron, blood transfusions and other injection as needed. Common types of cancer include breast, lung and colon cancer

Practice Setting:
• Cancer Center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Willing to license
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• No on call
