New Locums Opportunity in Indiana - Hem/Onc MD

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum assignment in Indiana.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: As soon as credentialed
-Schedule: 2–3 clinic days per week, Monday–Friday
-Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Practice Details
-Outpatient clinic
-New patient consultations and follow-up visits
-Average patient volume: 20 patients per day
-Team includes 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
-Support staff includes 3 RNs and 2 Medical Assistants
-EMR: Epic (preferred, but training available)

Required Skills
-Knowledge of NCCN guidelines
-Experience developing chemotherapy treatment plans
-Emergency response skills for chemotherapy-related medication side effects

Requirements
-Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
-Active Indiana medical license required
-Active DEA registration (or one that is easily transferable)
-Must be payor enrolled
