HEMO/ONC needed in Indiana - Part Time Needed - Competitive Pay

Job description

Position Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to provide outpatient clinic coverage.
Start Date: ASAP
Outpatient practice managing new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
No call responsibilities.

Schedule:
2–3 clinic days per week
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements:
Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Medical Oncology (Required) - please specify in presentation
Active Indiana medical license required.
Active DEA (or one that is easily transferable) required.
Must be payor enrolled.
Epic experience preferred, but training is available.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage new and established hematology/oncology patients.
Develop and manage chemotherapy treatment plans.
Apply NCCN guidelines in clinical decision-making.
Manage and respond to medication- and chemotherapy-related adverse events.

Practice Details:
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
Provider Team: 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Support Staff:
3 Registered Nurses (RNs)
2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
