Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Hem/Onc Physician in Michigan City, Indiana.

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, 8a-4:30p, no call
No Call, No Weekends
EMR: Epic

Indiana License Required
DEA required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days, Temp privileges for clean files available!
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
