𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Waterloo, IA
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: 0800 – 1630; Mon–Thurs; approx. 16 shifts per month

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Adults (18+ years)
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Clinic with limited inpatient consults
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Consults, follow-up care, overseeing administration of antineoplastics, clinic procedures, phone call coverage for hospitalists when on call
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Bone marrow biopsies, antineoplastic therapy oversight, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, MUA capability required
𝐄𝐌𝐑 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: EPIC
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟: 2 APPs, nursing support (2 nurses per provider), referral & triage nurses, lab, social worker, dietician, reception staff
𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡: Approx. 16 shifts/month
𝐎𝐧-𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥/𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬: One week and one weekend per month (phone call only)

• Mon–Thurs predictable schedule (0800–1630)
• Minimal inpatient work — mostly clinic with phone consults
• Light call burden (phone only coverage)
