Option 1 – Eastern Kentucky
📅 Start Date: ASAP | Contract: 12 months preferred
🕐 Schedule: 3 days/week minimum, 8a–5p | No call
🏥 Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient mix | EMR: Meditech
👩‍⚕️ Support: APP assistance + 3 other physicians
📈 Volume: ~15 patients/day | 60/40 Hem/Onc

Option 2 – Southeastern Kentucky
📅 Start Date: ASAP | Contract: 12 months preferred
🕐 Schedule: 3 days/week minimum, 8a–5p | No call
🏥 Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient mix | EMR: Meditech
👩‍⚕️ Support: APP assistance + 3 other physicians
📈 Volume: ~15 patients/day | 60/40 Hem/Onc
